ALL wig are shipped via UPS 2-4 business day ground shipping. Once your wig unit is completed and taken to UPS you will have tracking updated and sent to you via email.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Refunds & Exchanges are only applicable in the rare event we mistakenly send the wrong items. If this is the case, please send us an email at wxyz@wxyzwigs.com. You will be asked to send back items still in same condition and will be granted store credit in the amount that you purchased.

To return or exchange your product, you should mail your product to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
There are absolutely no refunds on digital products. This includes all webinars, classes, and tutorials.Please note that during January and February shipments may be delayed due to the high volume of holiday package deliveries (i.e. New Year, Valentines Day). Rest assured your order will ship out as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!
